What is a snail mail subscription? A snail mail subscription is exactly what it sounds like — every month you receive a real envelope in your actual mailbox from us. No screens, no downloads, nothing digital. Just something tangible and personal arriving at your door once a month.

When will I receive my envelope? We ship once a month, usually in the first week of the month. The beauty of snail mail is the anticipation — but if something seems wrong just reach out.

What is the cutoff to join? Right now we open enrollment for four days each month. In March, doors are open from March 20th at noon Eastern to March 23rd at 9pm Eastern. Once doors close you won't be able to join until the following month.

How do I cancel or update my address? You can cancel or update your address anytime by emailing us at support(at)prayonpaper.com. Just reach out before the monthly ship date so we can adjust before your next envelope goes out.

What if my envelope doesn't arrive? We'll make it right — either by resending your envelope or refunding you for that month. Just email us at support(at)prayonpaper.com.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. US only for now.
