What is a snail mail subscription?
A snail mail subscription is exactly what it sounds like — every month you receive a real envelope in your actual mailbox. No screens, no downloads, nothing digital. Just something tangible and personal arriving at your door once a month.
When will I receive my envelope?
We ship once a month, usually in the first week of the month. The beauty of snail mail is the anticipation — but if something seems wrong just reach out.
What is the cutoff to join?
We open enrollment for a few days each month. Once doors close you won't be able to join until the following month. Join the waitlist to be notified the moment enrollment opens.
How does the prayer intention work?
Each month, members submit a prayer intention — something on their heart, something they're carrying. That intention gets printed and tucked into a fellow member's envelope. Someone you've never met will pray for you by name, and you'll pray for someone else. It's simple, human, and real.
How do I cancel or update my address?
You can cancel or update your address anytime by emailing us at hello@prayonpaper.com. Just reach out before the monthly ship date so we can adjust before your next envelope goes out.
What if my envelope doesn't arrive?
We'll make it right — either by resending your envelope or refunding you for that month. Just email us at hello@prayonpaper.com.
